Excellent customer service! I was visiting from out of town and recently had an issue with our car left locally. Needed it checked prior to driving out of town with family. Staff quickly understood, immediately placed our SUV on the lift and diagnosed the issue. Great customer care and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

I brought my 2000 Volvo S70 in here to get diagnosed when my check engine light started blinking. The cost for this diagnosis was over $100 less than what another shop had quoted me (good start). Once the diagnosis was complete they quoted me a fair price for the repairs. Since the car was so old and would be needing a timing belt replaced in the near future (which Nippon also confirmed for me), I decided not to have the work done and move on to a new vehicle. They were very understanding of my situation and even allowed me to keep the car there for a few days while I figured out where I was going to have it towed. Fair prices, honesty, and courtesy... This is a great shop and I would recommend them to anyone.

Honest shop. I went in the because the maintenance light required light was on in my car. They said the light goes on based on mileage and the quick oil change place probably just forgot to reset it and they reset it for free

Over 10 years service from Nippon Motors I can tell you Tom is fair, honest and faithful to excellent mechanical repair on my Honda! I am highly recommending Nippon European Motors.

I took an 11 year old car to Nippon and owner Tom said he could keep it running for me. And he did, for an additional 15 years. I've always had speedy, top notch service with Nippon. I've referred a number of friends to them. All the individuals who work there are knowledgeable, concerned, and helpful. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Nippon is fast, very friendly and have competitive prices. Tom has told me NOT to fix things which I take as a good sign. Because I've done business with them over the years Tom or one of his mechanics will deal with little "pains in the" on the spot, usually for no charge if it's just some kind of adjustment. This place has been around a long time and they do know their cars - most are Japanese but they did a fine job tending to an old Buick of mine. This is the kind of experience that shows small business at its best. Definite thumbs up.
